PolarP™ P-Channel Power MOSFET IXTY2P50PA
-500 V, -2 A The most distinctive feature of the IXTY2P50PA is that it has passed AEC-Q101 certification, which makes it ideal for automotive applications. This certification ensures that the MOSFETs meet the automotive industry's stringent quality and reliability standards. With this certification, automotive manufacturers can be confident that the IXTY2P50PA delivers superior application performance and reliability.
One of the main features of this product is its low conduction losses. This P-channel power MOSFET has a maximum on-state resistance of 4.2 Ω, reducing power dissipation, reducing heat generation and increasing efficiency in the end application. In addition, the MOSFET offers excellent switching performance with a low gate charge of 11.9nC, enabling fast and efficient operation.
